great locationspacious apartmentfull kitchen
The hotel has a great location near the seaside path. I found cafes and shopping centers very close.. the bus stop was also convenient. The apartment I had was spacious and very clean. The kitchen contained everything needed for meal preparation.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and some noise from other guests was audible at times.

lack cleaningold air conditioning
I did not appreciate the lack of daily cleaning. I requested cleaning, but they told me they only clean for stays of seven days or longer. This policy resulted in garbage piling up in the bathrooms and kitchen and the air conditioning was old and not cooling properly, really frustrating me.

convenient locationwashing machine
the location was convenient near restaurants and the lower düden waterfall i liked having a washing machine and a dishwasher available in the apartment. the provided kitchen utensils cutlery and plates were useful for preparing meals. the apartment also had air conditioning which was necessary.
the absence of daily cleaning was not ideal since i stayed for only three days

Fantastic stay
homely hotelelectric cookerfriendly staff
The hotel was very homely. I managed to cook some meals for my son, the kitchen being equipped with an electric cooker. The staff was friendly (I really appreciated Tanya).
The noise was noticeable. I could hear everything happening around.

The location has walking distance to the sea and TerraCity mall. I found many cafes, restaurants, and food shops within a short walk (5-10 minutes). It is also a quiet neighborhood.

The apartment looked fresh and clean and had all necessities. I noticed the egiprion cotton linen on the hotel-style bedrooms (such a detail!). A large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine were provided, and all were in working order.

The staff provided a warm welcome. I had excellent communication with Nargiza through WhatsApp. Nargiza offered assistance and asked if I required extra house keeping (it was very kind).
